We are Construction Delivery Strategists and supply a service we have branded ‘From Concept to Keys’. Our service to clients comes in many different facets, but ostensibly we take on the lead role as agents for the client to assist them in determining their desired objectives for the project by adding our considerable knowledge of the development and construction process. From this the procedures and methodology are arrived at to enable us to deliver the desired outcomes for our client within budget and to the specific project time constraints.
Our role includes managing and mentoring the entire team collaboratively to ensure that the project objectives are met. We are acute custodians of cost and are intimate with construction values.
We hold the status of Preferred Supplier for Project Management in Northland for school property management and 10 Year Property Plan management and our knowledge of the Ministry of Education Property Management Handbook is extensive. We are in constant communication with the School Property Advisors and we regularly attend workshops to keep abreast of changes to process and requirements.
We constantly deliver successful outcomes with our ‘From Concept to Keys’ process. Our many testimonials give credence to our services.

- Finalist in 2011 NZ Institute of Building National Awards for Excellence for The Ruakaka Hub Community Library
- Finalist in the 2010 NZ Institute of Building National Awards for Excellence for the removal and replacement of the Maunu Crematorium cremator.
Finalist in the NZ Institute of Building National Awards for Excellence 2009 for the new multi-purpose building at Ngunguru School.- Trevor Griffiths was awarded the NZIOB Chapter Honour Award in 2009 as a Fellow of the NZIOB. Trevor has won many awards for project management throughout his career.
- Winners in The Golden Bay Cement Excellence in Building/Construction Award in the 2008 Chamber of Commerce Westpac Northland Business Excellence Awards. This recognition was just reward for 5 years of achieved growth for the company and has built on our 2005 award for best emerging business.
- Finalist in the NZ Institute of Building National Awards for Excellence 2007 for the One Tree Point School Library building.
- Winners in The Northland Naturally Emerging Business Award in the Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2005.
- Our new NorthTec Lecture Theatre project also won an award from the NZ Institute of Architects.
