Griffiths and Associates are able to provide you with a budget analysis and business case study prior to the commencement of your project, assessing and detailing the risks, the cost required for your development, and the time to be taken. We highly recommend this process, as the findings often influence not only budget requirements, but can also instigate design changes and timeframe alterations. The budget analysis is often the first step in the commercial build process, and we would be more than happy to assist you with this.


Once your project has been completed, a detailed Asset Management Plan (AMP) may be required. Griffiths and Associates are able to create an AMP for you (short, medium or long term), building on their already extensive knowledge of your project. This document is designed to reflect costs and benefits of running your development to an agreed standard, while also highlighting the most efficient way in which to do so. An AMP considers the maintenance and management costs across the lifetime of your commercial construction. As such, this is an integral document for the financial forecasting for any long-term effects to be considered.
